Our story began in 2024 under the umbrella of the Innovised Group, a dynamic collective of businesses that brings together expertise across technology, tax, and international business consulting. What sets us apart is the strength of our people and our values.
Our founders, André Derksen and Bob Cornelissen, have built their careers helping businesses move forward with confidence. André, a seasoned international tax consultant and Tax lawyer brings a deep understanding of complex tax systems and global business structuring. Bob, a visionary in IT and business process optimization, co-founded the Innovised Group with a focus on empowering organizations through smart, integrated solutions.
Together, they created a powerful foundation for what has become Taxonomy Global Business Advisory — a company built on trust, transparency, and cross-border expertise.

B.F.J. Bob Cornelissen, MSc
With a 25 year career in IT, Bob Cornelissen is an expert and trusted advisor in driving innovation and optimizing IT infrastructure. As Managing Director at Taxonomy Global Business Advisory and Innovised Group, he specializes in large-scale server management and cloud environments, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
As a Microsoft MVP for 14 consecutive years, he shares his expertise through knowledge partnerships, Corporate Trainings, webinars, and global speaking engagements. He is known for delivering practical, high-rated sessions at tech events worldwide.
In addition to technical leadership, he advises on aligning IT strategies with business goals, supporting digital transformation and operational efficiency. He is also a charity ambassador for House of Tails, a non-profit supporting animal shelters.
A.J.W. André Derksen
André Derksen is the Senior Advisor of Taxonomy Global Business Advisory, and for the wider Innovised Group. An experienced international tax expert and tax lawyer, he has built a reputation for delivering strategic tax and business advisory services to clients across borders.
His work focuses on international tax planning global business structuring, and cross-border compliance, supporting startups, SMEs, and multinational corporations with practical, tailored solutions.
André: a registered member of the Dutch Order of Administration and Tax Professionals, the Register of Tax Advisers, and an active member of the International Fiscal Association, staying engaged in global developments that impact the people and businesses he advises.
